2nd Place of the Del Mar Fair Photo Competition for Nature
When taking this photo, I had no intent on entering in a photo competition, or even a thought behind it. I simply was falling behind the tour group and took a quick photo with my phone because "it looked cool.". Turns out, it was a lot cooler than I had thought. It's what inspired my path in not only nature photography but photography in general because if I could take photos like that on a whim, imagine what I could do intentionally!
